Driving from Miami or Ft. Lauderdale, follow the Turnpike south until it ends in Florida City, then continue south on US 1 to Plantation Key.
Small islands attached by bridges make up The Florida Keys. As you are traveling south in the Keys on US 1, the locals use the terminology that everything on your right is "bayside," and everything on your left is "oceanside." So when you arrive on Plantation Key you will see a large Ragged Edge Resort sign on the oceanside (your left), at Mile Marker 86.5. Take a left off of US 1, follow the signs one block to the ocean and you'll find your resting place.
